Africa Bureau of Sustainable Development / AFR/SD Contract
In managing this contract, TMG has used its extensive experience
in designing and implementing M&E plans to increase the relevance,
efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of USAID’s data collection
and analysis, allowing project managers, mission staff and USAID/Washington
officials to improve the performance of USAID activities. TMG’s
M&E specialist designed M&E criteria, fitted them to the
intermediate results of each teams’ strategic objectives
and, ensured that data collection methods were reliable and presented
in a way that made it useful to AFR/SD technical managers and decision-makers.
Our site manager provides overall guidance for TMG efforts, ensuring
that the right people are in the right jobs; that tasks are completed
in accordance with client needs, contract stipulations and USAID
regulations; and that the proper information and advice was passed
to AFR/SD technical officers in a timely way.
